Signatrol
offer a range of hand held thermometers to assist with HACCP
and EFSIS evaluation. From the simple temperature pens through
to the more advanced Infra red thermometers, with varying
levels accuracy, Signatrol offer a complete solution.
The
low cost temperature pens are available in various colours,
ideal for monitoring different products and therefore avoiding
cross contamination.
The
Signatrol SL-ET handheld thermometer is a low cost option
with maximum and minimum memories as well as a switchable
°C / °F switch.
The
SL-TH20 is a high precision hand held thermometer with a range
of temperature probes for various applications.
The
Signatrol SL-IRT is an infra red, non contact thermometer
that measures over the range -60°C to +500°C. The
SL-IRT has an accuracy of ±1°C over the range 0°C
to +65°C. |

It is essential that the internal temperature of all meats reach

SL-TP, SL-ET and SL-TH20 all have penetration probes that
can be used to monitor the internal temperature of the cooked

SL-TP
Series Temperature Pens
Colour coded, handheld temperature indicators. The SL-TP
is available in two versions, the SL-TP-1 with ±0.5°C
accuracy and the SL-TP-5 with ±1°C + 1% of
reading accuracy. Both versions are available in either
white, yellow, green, red, blue or brown.
The
SL-TP series incorporate a rigid, pointed, stainless
steel food penetration probe which conveniently folds
back into the side of the instrument, turning it off
when not in use.
The
SL-TP-1 thermometer measure over the range -49.0°C
to +199.9°C. The SL-TP-5 series measure from -50°C
to +300°C. |

SL-ET
Series
The easy to use SL-ET handheld digital thermometer features
a large, easy to read LCD display with hold feature
and maximum and minimum memories. The instrument measures
over the range of -50°C to +199.9°C with a resolution
of 0.1°C or 0.1°F.
The
probe dimensions are 3.5mm diameter x125mm long excluding
handle.
Replacement
sensors are available should the one supplied become
damaged.

SL-TH20
Series
The
SL-TH20 has been designed for use specifically in the
food processing and catering industries with HACCP,
due diligence and food safety procedures in mind. The
instrument measures over the range -39.9°C to +109.9°C
with an accuracy of ±0.4°C form -10°C
to +70°C.
The
SL-TH20 features a large, easy to read LCD display with
low battery and sensor failure indication. To maximise
battery life, the instrument also features an auto-power
off facility.
The
SL-TH20 thermometer incorporates an easy to use screw
locking connect to facilitate the use of the interchangeable
sensors available. |

SL-IRT - Infra Red Thermometer
What is the advantage of an infra red thermometer over
a conventional probe thermometer? Fast and accurate
surface temperatures can be take almost instantly without
the need to touch the substance or item being measured,
therefore avoiding cross contamination.
The
SL-IRT is compact, lightweight and easy to use. Supplied
with a laser sight, just aim, pull the trigger and read
the temperature!
The
SL-IRT measures temperature over the range -60°C
to +500°C with an accuracy of ±1°C over
the range 0°C to +65°C and ±2°C outside
this.
The
SL-IRT is powered by 2 AAA size batteries and a single
pair of batteries will give over 140 hours continuous
use.
The
SL-IRT has a fixed emissivity of 0.97 |
