Every
data logging application is different so Signatrol offer a wide range
of temperature sensors. From our "standard" slug sensors
to more sophisticated industrial sensors Signatrol can offer almost
everything. The table below show the common sensors we offer as well
as some of the customer specials we have produced. Almost all sensors
can be supplied with Pt100, RTD, Thermocouple or Thermistor elements.

| SL-TMS
Series |
Our
standard, off the shelf sensor. The SL-TMS sensors are available
in four measuring ranges:
- -35°C
to +95°C
- -60°C
to +55°C
- +10°C
to +170°C
-
+70°C to +255°C
The
SL-TMS sensors are used with the SL701
or SL708
data loggers

| STS4
Series |
Our
standard industrial sensor. The STS4 series sensors are available
with RTD, thermocouple or thermistor sensors. The sensor is
supplied with a stainless steel sheath, PTFE leads and either
flying lead or custom connectors. Any combination of lead
length,sheath length and sensor type is available.
The
STS4 sensors are used with the SL705,
SL706,
SL710
and SL7000
series data loggers |

| SL120
Series |
The
SL120 series temperature sensors are supplied as standard
with 1.5m flying lead, 70mm stainless steel sheath with needle
point and a push fit connector for connecting to the SL120TR
or SL121TR
data loggers. There are two option available:
- -40°C
to +125°C
- +60°C
to +250°C

| Pie
Sensor |
The
requirement was to record the core temperature of pie products
during the cooking process. We designed a rigid, semi circular
plate with a temperature sensor protruding through the side,
exactly half way up the side of the pie case. The sensor is
then pushed through the foil pie case and the sensing element
is guaranteed to be in the center of the pie, giving the core
temperature during cooking.
The
pie sensor was designed to be used with the SL705,
SL706,
SL710
and SL7000
series data loggers. |

| T-Bar
Sensor |
T-Bar
sensors are used for monitoring the temperature of food products.
The built in handle makes for easy insertion into the product.
This type of sensor can be supplied with any length of cable
and terminated in either flying leads or a connector fur use
with the SL121TR data logger.
