The SL-TH20 has been designed for use specifically in the food processing and catering industries with HACCP, due diligence and food safety procedures in mind. The instrument measures over the range -39.9°C to +109.9°C with an accuracy of ±0.4°C form -10°C to +70°C.

The SL-TH20 features a large, easy to read LCD display with low battery and sensor failure indication. To maximise battery life, the instrument also features an auto-power off facility.

The SL-TH20 thermometer incorporates an easy to use screw locking connect to facilitate the use of the interchangeable sensors available.
