Remote Support
Only when instructed to do so by a Signatrol support engineer, click on the help button to activate a remote access session.
Please note, the support engineer will have full control of your computer whilst the connection is active. Please ensure any sensitive information is not open on your computer. The remote connection is totally secure and we will not be able to gain access without your permission in the future.
If using Internet Explorer, you may chose to install the application or run it from its current location. We would recommend running it from it's current location.
Firefox users must save the file and install the application.
Once running, give the support engineer the ID and password shown on screen.
